m78D
Good morning, I was wearing my Submariner and wanted to take it off for the day and suddenly a clasp pin fell/jumped out. (see attachment) I thought it wouldn't be so hard to just put it back and glide it in so it locks again but for the love of god I can't get it to just click back. Is here someone who had the same problem? And is there a trick to just get it back?
occb2
I do them all the time. It is a little of a pain because of the flex of the spring but you need to make it as flush as possible and push down till it clicks. m78D
I gave it another try and one side clicks in without a problem and the other just doesn't want to no matter what I do. I will check tomorrow in the morning again when there's a bit more light and see what's wrong with the side that doesn't click in.
muybenno
@m78D I have the same problem on a sub - not NOOB - I cannot manage to get the other side to click in. Therefore it only hold the bracelet with one click.
m78D
My main issue was that the pin that came with the watch originally was a bit too thick and the ends were not fitting correctly into the holes / slipping out. I bought some new pins from Aliexpress, it clicked in directly and since then I didn't have a problem with the watch anymore.
