Tag 4000 metal strap

Hi. I have an original Tag 4000 model 695.706k.

 

About 10 years ago, I removed the metal bracelet and replaced it with a leather strap, the metal bracelet was in a bag and put somewhere 'safe'. I can't find it anywhere so would like to find a metal replacement to fit, the lugs measure 19mm wide.

 

Any ideas where I can get one, real or rep.
