If you read the dealer reviews, you will be able to make your mind up. No-one here will tell you the best, although several will tell you their favourite. Best depends on what you want. If you prefer fast delivery, some dealers are not for you. If you not are willing to take a risk on quality for a lower price, some dealers are not for you. If you're in the EU and you are concerned about customs, there are dealers with stock in the EU. If this is indeed the case, I would recommend Precious Time who is in the UK and therefore has quick delivery times and doesn't get customs hassles. Usually, I'd say Narikaa as well, as he's in the UK as well, but he's currently swanning round the far-east. When he gets back, I'll turn my hearty recommendation back on. If, however, your local time is wrong, please go into your control panel and fill in your time and location to make it easier to help you.
