Reg For Gif Posted September 1, 2019 Report Posted September 1, 2019 (edited) Please advice on how to remove the stem of the movement (see attached photo). Thank you! Edited September 1, 2019 by Reg For Gif
Toadtorrent Posted December 2, 2019 Report Posted December 2, 2019 Your picture makes the button look look weird, but unless your movement is really weird, using the pin end of a springbar tool, you should be able to push the button circled here while pulling out the stem:

SSTEEL Posted March 10, 2020 Report Posted March 10, 2020 It's actually to the lower left of the drawn circle.Sent from my Nokia 9 using Tapatalk
Nexus9 Posted April 25, 2020 Report Posted April 25, 2020 A little late to the party here, but it should be noted: press lightly on the button at the same time you are applying light pressure (pulling) the stem. The idea here is to press the button just enough to release the stem - normally, less than 1 millimeter. Too much pressure on this button will mess up the keyless works on the other side of the main plate, and now you'll be removing the face and the datewheel etc to get to that.
