joujeh
Folks Pondering whether to take the plunge on the Daytona with the running seconds at 6... is it reallly that bad with the choppy running second hand? what are your experiences with this modded movement? did any stop on you? I read The Zigmeister's review which is very informative..... but I like the model with the running seconds at 6 better than the one at 9..... just my opinion but would like to know everyone's experience with this model many thanks in advance IK

If the watch lasts 6 months or 10 years I don't mind as I will still enjoy looking at it. Niloc

So while looking at it today, I noticed that from 15 sec to about 25 sec, the hand dropped instead of sweeping. On the next revolution, it didn't happen again so I didn't think much of it. That is until today I realised it was losing about 15 min in about 8 hours!!! Guess I'm going to take it back for an exchange. Didn't realise it was a common problem. What a waste, it was otherwise a very nice watch. So I guess it's best to sit back and wait for a better and improved version.
