5513 Insert Advice

So I picked this up for my 5513 build. The seller claimed that it was a gen service insert. My question is what do you guys think?

The 40 looks off to me. Also the pearl looks terrible. Notice the numbers and how square, thin and crisp they are.  And the pearl is not a big dome plastic thing.....

Like the Kermit the flat 4 is more expensive and harder to find.
