Calling all date/datejust experts

Fellow friends!  I’m just in the process of building a 15200. Got everything gen but need some rep 3135 movement and hands. And heres where it gets tricky. I ve done all the search but no where is to be found if the hands are the same size on 36mm 16000 and 34mm 15000. 
 

Also has anyone used the fluted bezel for 34mm from riyi/raffles with gen Crystal. I’m a bit curious to give it a bit more traditional datejust look.

The gen hands are slightly shorter than the gen 16000. By slightly, I mean barely shorter.

  MMM , knew you were the expert for this!! I’ll shoot you a pm.  What do you think about the bezel then. Could this be done with maybe some lathe work on the inner diameter.
