GiammyX Posted 12 hours ago Report Posted 12 hours ago It’s very difficult to find a vintage Daytona dial for 7750… sellers have only for vj72 (or st19 to adapt)
Ronin Posted 11 hours ago Report Posted 11 hours ago I have 7750 converted dials from DW: 1. Eric Clapton 2. Neuman Panda 3. Neuman Reverse Panda 4. Silver Panda 😀
GiammyX Posted 11 hours ago Report Posted 11 hours ago Have they the same subdial position and spacing of the vj23 or st19?
Ronin Posted 11 hours ago Report Posted 11 hours ago These are for ETA-7753 or 7753 clone like SW-5xx. I remove the Auto Winding mechanism and you get the same "experience" as VJ72. Here is the movement 7753 Clone. DW also sold a reduced height caseback for these. Once you remove the Auto-Wind mechanism, it SLIMS down to Gen'ish height. https://www.ebay.com/itm/156849873115 Also, ST-19 makes the WORST Daytona reps. The 12hr subdial is not a totalizer, but just follows the Hour Hand. You can choose to "FREEZE" the 12 hr hand but not worth it. The Subdial spacing is also too WIDE IIRC>
GiammyX Posted 4 hours ago Report Posted 4 hours ago Yeah I know, but 7753 have different subdial spacing from vj72 vj72 have same @3 and @9 while 7750 have all different. i can’t use my vj72 dial on the v7750… or its somehow possible??
