It's just because wifey sometimes replaces my haloperidol with clear water... she thinks that treatment makes me a little 'loose'... Thanks all for the jimmyzfu hint. I actually knew about him, but I honestly find $59 a bit too much just to get a rubber sleeve, so I was looking for a cheaper solution. I read of the insulation cable as well as of other solutions, and I tried some too, but they seemed either not so easy to perform, or unreliable.
