V
I received a Daytona dial and movement for my uncle's watch and i had to install the hands.. I removed them from my old watch and I installed the minute and hour hand very easy and succesfuly. But what about the chrono hands? I don't have a loop and i cannot see how to put them in place.. THey look like both hands and base are pins.. Randy said he puts them in with a toothpick.. but how you hold them without damaging them? Any help will be much appreciated but it seems like a mission impossbile
namor
I'm not sure if I correctly understood the problem - but you can try to stick the hands to a small piece of rodico and place them. Then you can work with the toothpick to de-stick them from the rodico and gently press them onto the pins.
