I've been a customer of Trusty Time for several years now.  They have always provided great customer service, and good watches.  I have had a few problems with watches over the years, but that is to be expected with any replica.  I wanted to write this post to bring attention to their customer service I recently experienced.  I ordered two watches back in November.  One of them disappeared in shipping/ still nowhere to be found.  The other was seized by customs.  Yesterday, I received the watch they RE SENT to me, and it's amazing.  The watch that was seized by customs is expected to arrive any day now.  These guys are amazing.  the watches are great (you might experience an issue every now and then) but for the money, Its totally worth it.  Excellent communication, fair prices, and they stand behind their word.  Highly recommend.

The customer service is excellent.  I've been dealing with them for years, and they always have been responsive,  and professional.  You get what you pay for.  If you go with cheap models, expect it to  be not as good as the higher priced options.  Regardless, even the lesser priced watches they carry are great.  My threshold for price is about $600.  I had some issues with them, but they are replicas.  If you want a perfect watch, buy a real one.  In total, I've purchased 16  watches from them.  Over the years, only 4 them of them have stopped working.

Will their watches also work in hot weather too? Because I have seen some watches stop working in hot weather and under water. I am asking this all because I am planning for  buggy tour in Dubai and weather will be very hot over there. Do lemme know if you have any knowledge.

I have never had a problem with them in hot weather.  Most of their watches come waterproof up to 30meters from the factory.  I swim with all of mine constantly.  However, it's still a replica, so be prepared for anything.  Keep in mind, most watch service places will work on them for you, and they won't know the difference, so long as you buy a 1:1 replica.
