Edge Posted April 3, 2006 Report Share Posted April 3, 2006 I have a quaestion for all you manual wind experts out there, what is IYO the optimum amount of winds for a manual movement and also how oftem do you wing the watch??? takashi Posted April 3, 2006 Report Share Posted April 3, 2006 Wind it till you feel a little bit of resistance (you can't wind it anymore). Wind it every morning/every night (your choice).
