Thanks Larry Andrew is a standup man..so send him a mail and imsure he will find the solution for you! The solution will be: 1.He will send a new crystal 2.you will send him the watch for replacment of the crystal 3.If the watch is new(2-3days old ) maybe he will replace the watch. Try to contact him. I used a hammer and screw driver on mine to take the cyclops off and not a scratch. These things dont scratch or crack but they can shatter into a 1000 pieces.
