Battery life is about 8 hours of continuous play, it's a new type of screen (OLED) that doesn't use much power, also it's rechargeable via USB or supplied mains charger.

problem is, the video display is only 128x128... that's a resolution so low as to be almost useless, even on such a small screen. It's only about 1/4 the resolution of a VHS tape.
