Genuine Pam029 Ar Coated?

Recommended Posts

Hi there,

I read something about differences in A and B series of these old GMT PAMs. E.g. the T or L printing which is both correct on B series. But what' about an ar coating? Is the genuine PAM 029 with tux dial ar coated?

Hi Frank, it was always my belief that there was no AR coating on the gen PAM029. I will wait to be corrected...!

No AR coating on A,B,C series Pams...

Thanks for enlightening me folks. :thumbsupsmileyanim: Otherwise I would have my crystal removed for an ar coating.... :black_eye: So a simple cyclops swap will be enough.

Actually “ and please every body correct me if I am wrong “ the Date cyclops on the earlier models is different as well ,, they were smaller than the ones the current pams have .

I think the rep Date cyclops are in fact closer to the earlier Pams

cheers
