Sonicwinter Posted February 26, 2007 Report Posted February 26, 2007 http://sg.auctions.yahoo.com/sg/i:PANERAI%...PAM186:94670514 Hmmm... the lack of AR rings the alarm. Also, I can't find the caseback pic... I might be wrong and this could be the real deal and if it is, I apologise.
richard_uk Posted February 26, 2007 Report Posted February 26, 2007 It say 95% new but it still has the blue sticky stuff on the deployment buttons hmm
shultzie Posted February 26, 2007 Report Posted February 26, 2007 It say 95% new but it still has the blue sticky stuff on the deployment buttons hmm hmmm indeed...
tenacious_b Posted February 26, 2007 Report Posted February 26, 2007 100% real deal or someone has come out with a TRUE 1:1 and we've managed to not catch wind of it. Look at the date cyclops...too clean of a line to be fake and smaller than my rep 186's cyclop, crown and crown guard are spot on. Cardinal markers have the correct N and don't appear to be raised as much as the rep. Caseback is correct. GMT hand is of correct size. Also currect 186 rep comes with an incorrect 252 Northpole caseback. My rep 186 looks uber nice despite the flaws. This has GOT to be gen.
t Posted February 26, 2007 Report Posted February 26, 2007 looks genuine but deployant clasp and rubber strap are rep and box and paper are also fake??? may a stolen watch? But he shows the serial and limited number? very confuse
t Posted February 26, 2007 Report Posted February 26, 2007 it has limited number of 252/500 PAM 252 with number 252??? fake???
tenacious_b Posted February 27, 2007 Report Posted February 27, 2007 that's not a 252; it's a 186 with number 252/500 strap aside, the watch pictured is genuine....I've compared it now to 20 or so gen pics and nothing is off I cannot speak for the strap.
Sonicwinter Posted February 27, 2007 Author Report Posted February 27, 2007 Yep, the sticky blue stuff on the deployant clasp is a little suspect so maybe that and the rubber strap is a rep. Good to know the watch is real though. Now if only I can find S$10k. Haha.
