New crown for PAM222

Does anyone know where I could get a replacement crown for a PAM222? I've tried to contact Palp to no avail. Would a Davidsen crown fit?

I love this watch, btw. I ended up getting an historic brown strap from Don and the combo is fantastic. Only thing missing is a decent crown (and perhaps AR).

I have both the original crown from a 222 and a palp crown (which you need to use a stem extender, as it doesn't fit the 222 out of the box)...
