keithc Posted March 16, 2007 Report Posted March 16, 2007 I received a black/silver sub dial BCE...the overall watch quality is EXCELLENT...but I am a bit upset...there is a blemish on the dial by one of the hour markers that is very noticeable when looking at the watch....I would send it back and thats what I plan on doing, but I am just concerned about the customs issues and getting the watch seized...I would rather just purchase a new dial from one of our dealers and have it put on by a local watchmaker...do any of you guys know if it is possible to get a replacement dial from our dealers?? Thanks! Keith
richard_uk Posted March 16, 2007 Report Posted March 16, 2007 There's a chance that your dealer can get a replacement dial sent from the factory, they often offer to send parts rather than do an exchange.
