OK found them on cousins so let me get this right.... i have a ETA 2892 movement that has a stem 0.9mm stem. bertieng Posted April 4, 2007 Report Posted April 4, 2007 Yea. Tap 9 to Tap 12 should be the one. Am I correct by doing this the tube part holding the stem will then be longer, so at the same time the stem has to be trimmed shorter to fit into the movt to give the correct working distance? Thanks.

Thanks. Yep. I've found on my 196 that the stem needed trimming to accommodate the thicker crown too... In this case you've just got even more to trim.
