Unfortunately (I think), I ordered a rep from them 2 1/2 weeks ago, next day cancelled my order through email due to lack of response from them...left voicemails, emails......nothing back. I'm an IT guy so did "stuff" to know they got the message. Discovered they recently billed my Visa anyways......7 days after cancelling! I do not get returned phone calls, emails......nothing. So much for their statement "Won't ship till we phone verify so we're not ripped off" (translated loosely! statement) I've put a refuse delivery on it, advised Visa, etc and determined that I'm not paying for this.........they're not getting my money. So far.........nothing delivered, yet billed, from only a few hundred miles away. STAY AWAY!!! Fortunately I discovered this site in my noobee quest for info and am learning a lot. Ordered a TAG chrono from Andrew......outstanding.........and delivered within a week from Asia. Ken Thanks Ken. Unfortunately I "dove in" without really knowing how to research this stuff. Stumbled upon this group (thank goodness) and am now aware of the "issues". Hopefully the steps I've taken will be sufficient. After learning from the members here, and doing my own "IT thing", it's shocking just how many sites they're affiliated with be it other resellers or "review" sites............nice scam for sure. I'll give them points for being quite thorough........they're obviously experienced. I'm glad I've taken the right steps so far, if there's anything I've missed (like submitting a ga-gillion orders through their site)........let me know.
