ihaveaticker Posted April 28, 2007 Report Posted April 28, 2007 Hi guys, I'm still looking for the replacement tube and crown for my large 6th generation Planet Ocean rep. The original Omega tube does not fit the case because rep has push-in tube while gen Omega is threaded. Needless to say, it's now many months since I cannot enjoy my watch (it was delivered like that) and I certainly have nothing nice to say about support from the seller (wo-mart). This being my first rep watch I feel the whole experience rather unnecessarily painful. Please, please, please where can I get a replacement part? Hey, I'm prepared to pay gen price Cheers, Dr. No
marrickvilleboy Posted April 28, 2007 Report Posted April 28, 2007 from my experiences of installing genuine tubes and crowns - Omega tubes are also push-in type. they are smooth not threaded. Unless the tubes of POs have been changed. Are you sure you purchased a genuine PO tube?

Yes, most definitely - I got a tube and crown set from Offrei and it was supposed to be for that model - 2209.50.00 (item no. OME-090ST1232). Definitely no fit, it was with my watchmaker and he showed me. Thanks.
