Any one have any pointers or ways to change the insert on my Rolex gmt? I know I may ding it up but I would like to try. I have heard to use steam????? Any help would be great.

Thanks

If you ordered the CN GMT Master from Joshua? (as you previously stated)... just force a needle (or something sharp) under the rep insert and squeeze it off. It's a rep insert so you don't have to worry about some miniscule scratches, right?

There's no need to remove the whole bezel assembly for that. And when you glue the new insert in remember to turn it a lot in the next 2 hours so the whole bezel ring won't get glued to the case. Don't use too much glue, either (to prevent it).

I got this from andrew. I dont think a pin will get between the bezel and the insert but I can give that a try and if it fails, I guess I will pop the bezel off. I would like to not scratch this up as I plan on changing back to it every few months or so.

Thanks
