Lost bottom pusher on IWC GST

Pretty much as the title says - lost the bottom pusher - no idea how, when or where its gone. After doing a quick search I now realise the pushers are a slightly iffy part of the design.

Anyway - does anyone know whether a generic part can be used to replace the lost pusher or if its a rep only type part...

Any help would be gratefully received!
