kbiz
Those are Gen crowns... there's a thread about those very crowns that's been going for a while... they're doing a group buy. They seem to have been confirmed to be Gen crowns...
sssurfer
Lello if you are reading this please empty your PM box ... i cannot send u any messages .. if anyone has Lellos email could u let him know ... Lello just went into a sudden and unexpected health issue. We used to stay in constant contact but it is more than 24 hrs now that I have no news from him so it's likely that he currently has no computer access. One thing that he told me before the current blackout is that all his works will be delayed at least 20 days because of this. So don't worry if you have no reply from him for a while, it is not due to his will and I am sure that he will be back as soon as possible to anyone that has an open transaction with him. PAMman
I got a message from him during the last 24 hours. However he had an accident and has not been active on the board for a while but it sounds lik he will soon be back to normal again.

Watchmeister
They are gen crowns but they are older ones dating to around 2000 (my and others' guess). The vast majority are .9mm stem and fit only on automatics. They do require very modest casework and gasket adjustment so you would want someone with skills outting them on. We did do a group buy and got a third knocked off. He has a lot of other stuff as well. He bought out a bankrupt watch smith's parts. I got the first batch and am sorting through the orders. First batch will be shipping out Monday. I will order another batch if demand warrants it. Here is the loop on the crowns and one on purchasing: http://www.rwg.cc/members/Interest-in-Genu...wns-t26930.html http://www.rwg.cc/members/PAM-Crown-Offering-t30228.html

Watchmeister
No problem. THe good news on Lello is he should be back shortly. I heard from him and unfortunately he broke his arm. He is still producing the 2893 and Inge date wheels. But you may have to wait a little while.

It is possible with a special tool. My watchmaker can do it and has do it for me with palp auto crown on a Unitas stem.
