Defining the source of my problem on ETA 2834-2

Hi,

for the moment that's a problem I consider as minor, but I don't know how it can evolve on the longer term.

I have a VC Overseas with an ETA 2834-2.

Keeps good time, winds very well on the watchwinder.

But when I wind it manually, the crown is very hard. It works, but I don't like to force.

My other auto watches don't behave this way.

My other ETA movement (on a Montblanc GMT) has not this issue.

Do you know what the problem might be, and how to fix it ?
