What's weird, is the PVD coating on the buckle doesn't match the PVD on the watch at all. It's very matte, while the finish on the watch itself is somewhat reflectant. But I think the bigger issue is I find the rubber strap extremely stiff and uncomfortable. Unlike the Panerai rubber straps which wrap nicely round your wrist. Even slightly bigger issue, my B&R is known to stop on its own even when I'm wearing it. Aaargh! I think the movement's slightly screwed. Let me know if yours have the same issue. The 'stop on its own' might be just a caliber off-beat. Take it to a watchsmith or see some of the posts in the watch repair section for a DIY solution ... sorry for the off topic.. I have a rep rubber strap on a pan196 that is hard as 10 years old tupperware. My omega PO, in contrast, is silky soft.
