Has anyone here used Andrew's with the 2836-2 as a starter for a mod builder? Anyone interested in selling me their services to do a crown upgrade, possibly datewheel and cyclops upgrade if needed?
panerai-ss Posted June 21, 2007 Report Posted June 21, 2007 If you are serious why don't you get 2893 movement? I think when you set the GMT hand, it is much better and jump like gen. So another investment in crown, lume, and so on will be worth it.
beano2004 Posted June 21, 2007 Report Posted June 21, 2007 i started a pam63 project and have most of the parts even the eta 2893-2 movement that was serviced, i have spare pam63 dial, i have correct case, i have a spare set of pam63 hands the only issue i had run into was no inner movment ring and no GMT hand for the 2893-2, so for now the project is dead in the water and i have been thinking about selling it. OH i forgot to mention i do have a palp crown and a finepics date wheel also.. Bean
