leitztozeiss
Is there supposed to be a compression gasket or ring between the bezel ring and the crystal? I tried installing a 40mm davidsen crystal in my brevet bezel ring, and find that the crystal is too small - no press fit like the original rep crystal. madasboot
Let me say just this: Mark's Plexi crystal's are even better than the genuines... and its not only my opinion! Keep that in mind if you consider my opinion. Cheers, Marco

As for these gen crystals - just be warned that they are going to go for quite a lot of money and we have no idea if the will fit the case and you cannot go chopping them up to make them fit. Our watches look similar but are not constructed the same way so my best advice is to not bother with them - I certainly won't be!! @Leitztozeiss - There should be a white nylon I compression ring in the bezel of your watch (unless you have taken it out it's fitted in a groove on the inside of the top of the bezel) so if Davidsens crystal does not fit with that in place then it's too small. leitztozeiss
I did find a white rubber ring - that's the compression ring? I need to buy calipers so I can make proper measurements.
