triplehd Posted July 19, 2007 Report Posted July 19, 2007 Not too sure about the 45mm PO version, but did read a thread where someone tried to install the gen bezel on the 42mm and had issues.
Amplitude Posted July 20, 2007 Report Posted July 20, 2007 I've had the same experience as The Zigmeister, but not with a 45mm PO rep. The bezel on the 42 does not fit for sure. The UPO bezel is pretty damn good, why are you looking to replace it? IMHO, gen hands, crown and dial are the really worthwhile mods. I had a gen pearl in my 42 from a seamaster 300, but I didn't glue it in well enough and lost it. I just made another one using the screw and lathe method and a bit of Superluminova and clear epoxy. It looks pretty darned good, if I do say so myself.
