fotoman Posted July 30, 2007 Report Share Posted July 30, 2007 so, i stumbled across these old movements that were primarily pocket watch movements. but there were some wristwatches. The main movement was developed in the late 1800s and was sold to several companies. Most of the watches are vintage but there are some new ones being produced. The movement's signature is an 8 day power reserve, decorated exposed balance wheel and GINORMOUS main spring. here is a good photo to see the spring in the back Below the red strap one is on ebay and the other on a new watch site I'm digging the watch, its freaking cool. the non pocket watch ones are like 40 mm the pocket watches are 50mm Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
