YES it is a GEN Breitling USA does and will issue a replacement COSC for any customer for minimal $$. Breitling has told me only the issue country can submit for a replacement COSC. my watch is from JPN, HK or MA any member from these areas can you submit for a COSC for me? (can be done over phone) yes the SERIAL IS INTACT. YES IT IS GEN, and NO IT HAS NEVE BEEN WORKED ON or OPENED ever. actually it still has the caseback seal on it.
