CharlesDickens
I'm sure we have all noticed that the latest crop of Subs, Exp II's and GMT's are looking mighty fine these days. Why is it though, I wonder, that the date mags all seem to be suffering? It there a fix to this? Are the sapphire's set too low? Are the cases too shallow? The standard CN Sub had a shallow case last year but the mag was still on point. These rep makers are frustrating. ubiquitous
Take 2 steps forward then take 10 steps back. Natural evolution of a typical rep....

chrgod
I totally agree... The date mag is the one thing that most regular people recognize with a Sub, besides the sweeping seconds hand.... A weak date mag can ruin an otherwise nice replica. That is why I have still not bought the latest "TW best". Last year I got this from Silix: Biiig date, and biig Crown guards..... Actually a bit too big date. The movement was faulty, so I had to send it back. Now, I am awaiting Silix' attempt to manufacture "The best Sub". CharlesDickens
Ooooh! That's what I'm talking about. I'll take "too big" any day! What's this about silix and "best Sub"... I have some reading to do. Honestly, I wish I purchased Rivers 2005 sub from last year. Nice CG's and datemag... I'm an EEEEEDIOT!!! Oh well. Thanks for the pic!
