hambone Posted September 11, 2007 Report Posted September 11, 2007 I took this shot of the John Varvados Mens store window display a couple days ago. Alice Cooper was the first concert I had ever seen, and it was amusing to see his image in this way. Actually, I think the display is pretty cool.
FasTTaP Posted September 12, 2007 Report Posted September 12, 2007 It is pretty cool, yeah! Where is this store?
Victoria Posted September 12, 2007 Report Posted September 12, 2007 Awesome. BTW, I've been lightly interested in Alice Cooper since finding out he's a scratch golfer some years ago. I'm too young, and too uninterested in that era's music to have known about him in his heydey. But each time I hear of him, or he gives an interview, I'm more and more impressed by the guy. He's VERY cultured, immensely well-spoken, and turned an NPR interview I heard with him recently (I believe with Terry Gross) into a panorama of vaudeville history. Love him! FOLLOWUP: Yep, he was on "Fresh Air" on Sep 3. Here is the interview in mp3. He was actually promoting his newly-launched autobio, Golf Monster. Heh.
