Is there a "de-casing a 2824 movement" tutorial?

Anyone know if there's a good step-by-step guide to removing a standard 2824 movement from a watch case, either here on RWG or anywhere else on the web?

I looks pretty straightforward, but I've never done it before and I don't want to make any rookie mistakes.

I recall seeing a post that specified the exact size screwdriver blade used to depress the crown release button without destroying the keyless works. I just can't locate that post anymore.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

1.20mm. I'm sure there's a post somewhere. Press the button and pull out the crown/stem.

Is it possible to push too far? How careful should I be when pressing the button?
