offshore
Mate, ebay don't give a fling f**k if 90% of their watches listed are fakes. They are too concerned with revenue. Have you ever tried to have an auction pulled? It's worse than pulling teeth! I have had lengthy discussions with them re copyright and associated matters. The final result.. ALWAYS... is " Oh well it's not up to us to prove anything one way or the other" (Just give us the bucks) And beleive me, the only reason PP, (their associate co) becomes so aggrieved at reps, has little to do with illegal activity, but a LOT to do, with the fact that their main revenue stream is the short term money market. Imagine the millions$$ they "seize" for up to 6 months at a time! ( and interest earned) Nice work if you can get it... especially when you have been given unregulated carte blanche, to the banking system. And the start of any problems we have had at this site, have come from a lot closer to home, than either of the two afforementioned!
