I was going through the Panerai special editions 1997-2006 catalog, I really love the brown color strap on the Pam00217 and the stitches are in light brown color. May I know where could I find a similar strap as the one featured inside the catalog? I have gone through some strap sites but they don't come close to it. Thanks in advance. When I looked it up just now, it had this photo of an OEM strap. Not like the one you describe. If I had to GUESS, I would say it's the OEM Cashmere. We had a recent related discussion about this, on the Orlando Bloom Fiddy thread. If there is ANY way you can post the pic, that would help.
