Courteous and prompt communication. And they even sell their "Swiss Replica" at a 20% discount to list on the gen. A must see. By the way, gave the kids cereal and quieted them down. I bought 2 PAM replicas so far (PAM217 and PAM036) and I found that searching and reading posts is the only way to get u familiar with how this works.
