Unitas hands interchangeable with Molnija

I bought a vintage PAM with a movement which was completally rusted and dried out.

I was wondering if i could put a Molnija 3603 or 3602 ( if you don't need the small second hand ) in my vintage case.

And are the hands ( made for a Unitas kind of movement ) interchangealbel with the Molnija movement.

If my memory is correct, I'm pretty sure the hand sizes are different. Also, the movements themselves are different sizes, so it isn't always possible to change movements since they may not fit the case.
