anton
If you are passionate about Rolex's hisory and the evolution of their various watches, I recommend that you pick up this book: I picked it up today and I've just discovered a new love for Rolex that just didn't mean "snobby and materialistic" If there isn't already a Rolex bible, then this should be it. Although the book states that the most recent edition was published in 2006, I was surprised NOT to see the current Daytona or Yacht-Master mentioned anywhere in the book. At $125, the price may be a bit too steep, but the knowledge contained in the book is priceless.
freddy333
Kind of old news around here & still a good resource (currently in its 3rd Edition). If you are a vintage Daytona fan, you should have a copy of The Daytona Bible (for pre-1165xx models) Here is a link
arty909
Those are good, and one is too. Just received as a gift... Has different views of crystals, pictures of original owner's manuals, different bracelets, movement reference numbers, and tons of other stuff. Ciao, Arty

freddy333
That first book makes me want a vintage Daytona even more. Do you mean 1 of these (Yes, the chrono seconds hand is missing in this photo) After I took my DRSD for a nice Sunday drive it seemed only fitting to swap over to the 6241 for all this Daytona talk. Hope everyone had a good weekend.
