Breitling uses their Calibre 41 in Montbrillant Chronograph

Is that a Breitling finished ETA 2894?

I'm going to go on a limb and say that it is, since it's the same layout. But, the standard 2894 has 37 jewels, whereas the Montbrillant has 41. What the difference is is beyond me.

Recent findings among authoritative sources specify the Brietling Calibre 41 is based on the ETA 2892-A2.

...but the ETA 2894's base movement is also the 2892. It's just simply a chronograph module placed on top.
