Spring Bars

I am about to order some spring bars from Cousins UK. Their catalogue lists various sizes from 6mm to 24mm but they don't state what this measuement refers to.

On the watch I am concerned with, the distance between the lugs of the watch is 21mm, the length of the solid part of the spring bar is 17mm and the length of the uncompressed spring bar is 24mm. Has anyone ordered these from Cousins and if so, what size should I order: 17mm, 21mm or 24mm? :cc_confused:

if your watch has 21mm lugs then order 21mm spring bars.
