What's the obvious mistake between a rep (pic 1) and gen (pic 2)?? All am able to notice is the inner 'hour numbering', the number on the gen one seems placed slightly off on the hour mark. i.e. '05' placed next to the 12 o'clock, whereas on the rep, '05' placed exactly on 1 o'clock. chrgod Posted October 31, 2007 Report Share Posted October 31, 2007 I have also noticed the misaligned minute-track on many of the offical pictures of the "Racing"... I don't know the reason for that, it seems very odd... Must be some lack of QC at TAG Heuer.. The newest versions of the Carrera has decorated movement bridges as well, as on the gen. The first batches only had decorated rotor. However, the replica uses blue movement screws, while the gen uses stock steel ones. A very very good watch!
