ajminla Posted November 10, 2007 Report Share Posted November 10, 2007 FYI ... I have bought several watches from Andrew, Brandon and others with no problems on replacement watches that are DOA. No such luck with King. I sent back a Daytona that arrived DOA via priority mail on Oct 2 and the USPS shows delivery was made but I have yet to recieve the replacement watch after a month. One of the reasons I never bought from King, is that she has that reputation of clamming up when things go wrong. Not good form to perpetuate such a negative perception without having direct experience yourself, tsk tsk. You just have to accept that communication is a little less straightforward with her English skills, and sometimes wires do get crossed.
