Help me convert this watch into something

I got a wild hair up my you know what today and decided to take apart my ugly Yachtmaster....I am hoping that I can convert it into some kind of sub....not sure if the case is worth modding though....looks kind of crappy....tell me what do you think I should or can do with all this stuff....

Id like to make a military sub or something similar....whatever I do....its got to be Rolex based....please help because I dont like the yachtmaster at all....

I have a dial that might fit the case, i made an unbranded sub from a noob and the lum is top

let me know if you want one it will need a bit of work like chopping off the dial fee and widen the center hole but nothing hard

hmm...not a bad idea....im wondering if the case will accept any other type of movement besides the junk asian it came with....it sits in a plastic shroud while inside the case....would like to go with an ETA....

an ETA will fit but you will need to get a movement holder for it and then new hands

Sweet!...thats good to know....what about the bezel though....will I be able to make a swap?

Dont know about that but i have seen a sub with a yachty insert and it looked good
