ETA 6497 Question

Can an ETA 6497 movement with the seconds post ground down be restored to use the second hand again?

Easy - just replace the part that was ground down.

This would be an easy fix,,,I only define it that way because if I could fix it, (which I could) I assume any real watchmaker could do it for little money, just need a new 4th wheel I probably have one if you want.
