offshore
Am posting this now in GD, but it may require a new home. Spotted on my nightly wander around the bay! EDIT. Link broken ... search item no.370000186967 Call me naive, but what is this guy driving at? Apart from trying to sell a Pam lookalike? I am not a fan of them at best, and this constant barrage of "homages" only further dulls my enthusiasm! Will bow to the experts, who may be able to explain to me what this is all about. FxrAndy
Link not working OS but i found it on the bay, That sell does not normly sell reps so i assume he has got hold of a load of these homage watches.
Watchmeister
The seller sells an odd combo of "homage" watches (read as reps without the brand name) and weird branded watches - Marathon, O&W. God only know where he sources these items.
Jetsons
I scratch my head when I see a listing of a genuine Pam for $4K plus and a couple of adds down, there is a homage that looks very similar with an equivalent movement for $400 or less. I have noticed a flood of these recently. Perhaps I'm off base but this must have negative implications on the resale value of some of the modern gen Pams. I wonder what the Paneristi think about this? At least, they don't have to worry too much about their Ti Pams being "homaged" in the future.
