Watchmeister
Start with Davidsenjpn if original dealer can't get replacements. He makes quite a few models.

He makes quite a few models. that is the right way to start...or maybe you should check e-bay...saw time ago somebody offering "genuine hands" for Panerai models... don't know if they were gen..but take a loot at the e-bay! sssurfer
Which Luminor model are you talking about? Anyway, Davidsen should be able to provide hands for all Luminors: - manual models (ETA 6497 movement); - automatic chrono / GMT (7750 movement); - automatic with the Asian Auto 21j movement (which turned out to be a replica of the Miyota 82xx movement). As for the latter one, I may witness first hand, as Davidsen has been the source of the gold hands that I put on my 104. His hour and minute hands fitted perfectly, while the small second hand required some trimming by a watchsmith. Davidsen's hands are very good in quality and with a good lume. I think that their quality/cost ratio is better than hands you can find on ebay -- where you also won't find small second hands.
