abakan Posted June 6, 2006 Report Share Posted June 6, 2006 Hello, have a couple of questions if anyone knows. how does one take the VJ72 movement out of the case? Is there a locking mechanism that keeps it in place? I seem to not be able to take it out, stem is out. Is there a locking of the dial to the movement or it would come off after hands are taken off? abakan Posted June 6, 2006 Author Report Share Posted June 6, 2006 Ok, here is a pic. I didn't manage to take mine, so I borrowed this one, but it looks similar. On it you can see clamps with screws # 1 & 2. I don't have those on mine. I was wandering what screws # 3 & 4 are for? I can rotate the movement inside the case but it doesn't move even slightly out, makes me think something is still holding it. Any thoughts guys?
