Need help removing a crystal

Does anyone know how to remove a crystal that ISNT held in by a retention ring?

It seems like the crystal doesn't have the normal retention ring that our reps have, maybe it is cemented in?

Can you be more specific as to the type of watch it is?

Some crystals are cemented in and others are designed to be removed with one of these (though these types of watches usually have non-removable casebacks)
