There are two ways to adjust-

1) You can do large adjustment via link removal at the clasp ends. I find that a 1.5mm screwdriver works well here; you don't want too large of a blade and you definitely don't want too small either (worse).

2) You can do micro adjustment at the clasp itself. There are a series of small holes on the side of the clasp in which the last link is connected via a small spring bar. Moving that springbar/link within those holes will net a small fine adjustment to suit a more snug or loose fit. You can use a pointed tool for this operation; I myself use a very basic and barbaric push pin tool for this operation.
